Founded in 1925, Trigg Bros Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business, located in Adelaide, South Australia, specialising in the repetition manufacture of small to medium sized castings in grey iron, ductile iron and alloyed irons (wear resistant).
Our company is certified to ISO9001:2008 and our manufacturing system is centred around automated moulding and induction melting.
In-house capabilities include the preparation of prototype and production tooling, resin coated sand manufacture, shell core production and full spectrographic analysis.
Trigg Bros Pty Ltd can provide an "as cast" casting or castings finished to customer requirements. Some post-processing options are galvanising, powder coating, machining and heat-treating (including ADI - Austempered Ductile Iron).

Trigg Bros Pty Ltd couplings are 100% Australian manufactured and comply with AS 4177.3 for caravan and light trailer towing components.
You will find our quality trailer couplings used to tow just about anything from domestic and commercial box trailers to caravans, campervans, boat trailers and off-road equipment.
Our range encompasses:
- 50 mm ball couplings (starnut, "snap on", override and electric brake types).
- 75 mm ring couplings (braked, non-braked and fixed).
- Off-road polyblock couplings (override and non-braked).
- Disc brake calipers (mechanical and hydraulic).
- Hubs, disc rotors and brake drums.
- Rocker arms and shackles.
- Support components and spares (base plates, bracket assemblies, master cylinders, adaptor plates, disc pads, anchor plates and booster plates).
- Accessories (wheel studs, dust caps, wheel nuts, bearings, seals and tow balls).
- Product finish is typically painted - zinc oxide. Anticorrosive finishes are available as an option for some products (please refer to ordering information).
